Job Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **Marketing Manager** to generate new business opportunities and develop client relationships in the **medical, healthcare, hospital, clinic, diagnostic centre, and corporate office sectors**.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential projects, generating leads, meeting clients, understanding project requirements, coordinating proposals and quotations, and supporting the company in achieving business growth targets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Generation

* Identify and generate new business opportunities in the medical and corporate office sectors.

* Develop contacts with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres,



healthcare organizations, corporate companies, architects, consultants, and project management teams.

* Generate leads for civil construction, interior fit-out, renovation, MEP, HVAC, and related projects.

* Maintain a strong pipeline of potential projects and clients.

* Follow up regularly with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
2. Client Relationship Management

* Build and maintain solid professional relationships with existing and potential clients.

* Schedule and attend client meetings to understand project requirements.

* Present the company's services, capabilities, completed projects, and technical strengths.

* Coordinate with clients throughout the proposal, negotiation, execution, and handover stages.

* Ensure timely response to client queries and requirements.
