Job Description
- Pipeline Generation & Prospecting
- Own outbound prospecting across email, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Identify and target key accounts aligned with company ICP
- Build and manage a strong, consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Conduct deep research on prospects, companies, and industry segments
- Qualification & Discovery
- Engage with decision-makers (VPs, Directors, Owners, Engineering Heads)

Qualify leads based on business need, budget, timeline, and fit
- Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain robust conversion ratios from outreach → meeting → opportunity
- Campaign Execution
- Execute multi-touch outbound campaigns (email + call + social)
- Continuously test messaging, sequences, and targeting strategies




- Collaborate with marketing on campaign optimization
- CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Track activity metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
- Provide weekly insights on campaign performance and market feedback

Requirements
- 2–4 years of proven SDR / outbound B2B sales experience
- Strong experience in cold calling and email outreach (must-have)
- Experience selling technical or engineering services is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
- Strong research and account-mapping capability
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platform
- Highly driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated
- Strong business acumen and curiosity to understand client problems
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency in outreach
- Analytical mindset with a focus on improving conversion metrics
- Team player with a collaborative approach
