Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounts receivable and customer collections activities.
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Maintain and review receivables aging and identify accounts requiring priority attention.
- Coordinate with customers regarding payment schedules, pending invoices, and payment commitments.
- Conduct regular customer ledger reconciliation and resolve differences or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Billing, and Finance teams to resolve invoice and payment-related issues.
- Track disputed invoices and coordinate internally and externally for timely resolution.
- Maintain records of collection follow-ups, customer commitments, and payment status.
- Ensure timely application and reconciliation of customer payments.
- Monitor short payments, deductions, credit/debit notes, TDS adjustments and unapplied receipts.
- Prepare regular collection updates, outstanding reports and AR MIS for management.
- Support efforts to improve DSO and overall cash-flow position.




- Identify long-pending and high-risk receivables and escalate them appropriately.
- Assist with month-end and year-end AR closing, reconciliations, and audit requirements.
- Work with the finance team to strengthen collection processes and maintain accurate receivable records.
