Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Location: Vikhroli or nearby areas (Mumbai)

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant with a B.Com background to support day-to-day accounting, banking, and payment operations. The ideal candidate should be based in or near Vikhroli and be comfortable working with MS Word and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records
- Handle banking-related work (deposits, withdrawals, reconciliations)
- Process and manage payments (vendor payments, online transfers, etc.)
- Prepare and maintain financial documents and reports
- Assist in invoice processing and expense tracking
- Maintain proper documentation and filing
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial updates

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles




- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- Valuable communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle banking and payment-related tasks

Good to Have (Not Mandatory):
- Basic knowledge of Tally
- Understanding of GST

Other Requirements:
- Candidate should reside in or around Vikhroli (or nearby areas)
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Team player with a responsible attitude

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vikhroli, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
