NxtSft is a growing property listing platform helping individual owners, agents, and builders sell/rent properties faster with subscription plans. We focus on direct leads, low cost, and high visibility for property owners.
Key Responsibility Areas - KRAs
As a Channel Sales Manager, you will own end-to-end listing acquisition and subscription sales.
- Lead Generation
- Source leads of Individual Property Owners, Real Estate Agents, and Builders via portals, social media, field, and referrals
- Build daily database of 50+ potential property owners/agents/builders
- Hire a team of 10 Sales Officer in your location, train, achieve Targets, genrate revenue by selling subscription
- Outbound Calling & Follow-ups
- Cold call, WhatsApp, and email leads daily
- Follow up consistently till closure. Min 60+ calls per day
- Property Listing Acquisition




- Convince owners/agents/builders to list their properties on NxtSft
- Help them with property upload, photos, pricing, and description
- Subscription Sales
- Sell NxtSft subscription plans: Basic, Premium, Featured
- Achieve monthly targets for paid listings and subscriptions
- Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with agents and builders for repeat listings
- Resolve listing and payment related queries
- Reporting
- Update daily activity in CRM/Google Sheet
- Report leads, calls, meetings, and revenue to manager

Skills Required
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred
- Confident in cold calling and sales pitch
- Target-driven, hunter mindset
- Basic knowledge of real estate/property market is a plus
- Must have Laptop, Smartphone, and Internet connection
- Valuable at negotiation and follow-ups

Qualification
12th Pass / Graduate.
Compensation
CTC UPTO : ₹20,000 to ₹40,000 per mon
