Operations Manager – Residential ApartmentsRoles & Responsibilities
- Oversee overall operations of residential apartment communities.
- Manage Facility Managers, technical, housekeeping, security, and site teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure service quality.
- Handle client meetings, resident complaints, and escalations.
- Monitor manpower, attendance, performance, and productivity.
- Ensure smooth delivery of technical and soft services.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and operational requirements.
- Monitor operational expenses, budgets, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.
- Handle emergency situations and critical operational issues.
- Drive client satisfaction and continuous operational improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in Residential Apartment / Facility Management.
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Electrical.
- Strong leadership, team management, client handling, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
