Job Title: Associate Finance (CA)

Location: Mumbai (Western Suburbs)
Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 1–3 years of experience to support financial reporting, IPO readiness initiatives, and CFO advisory engagements. The role offers exposure to high-impact finance projects, including transformation of financial processes, strengthening reporting frameworks, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS). Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Assist in consolidation, variance analysis, and preparation of management reports (MIS).

Audit & Compliance
- Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.




- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Assist in preparation of audit schedules and resolution of audit queries.

Skills & Attributes:
- Robust knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred).
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Zoho, SAP, Tally, etc.).
- Familiarity with financial modeling and reporting tools is an advantage.

Preferred Background:
- Experience in financial reporting, Statutory Audit, Finance Operations.
- Prior experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
