Responsibility 1: Software & Systems Management• Strong working experience with Australian accounting software, including:o Xeroo MYOBo QuickBooks Onlineo HandiLedger• Ability to manage and reconcile data across multiple accounting systems.• Support system migrations and software integrations when required.Responsibility 2: Full-Cycle Accounting Management• Manage complete accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP),Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Payroll.• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely month-end and year-endclosings.• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.• Ensure compliance with Australian Accounting Standards (AASB) and IFRS.• Provide financial reports, analysis, and insights to senior management to supportbusiness decisions.Responsibility 3: Quality, Compliance & Team Leadership• Train, mentor, and supervise junior accounting staff.• Maintain team discipline, productivity,



and professional development.• Lead and support the accounting team while fostering a positive and collaborativework environment.• Ensure adherence to Australian accounting standards, taxation requirements, andinternal quality controls.Responsibility 4: Team Collaboration• Work effectively within a team-oriented workplace.• Demonstrate professionalism, mutual respect, and a positive attitude towardcolleagues and stakeholders.• Promote strong team bonding and healthy working relationships.Responsibility 5: Commitment & Accountability• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and consistently meet deadlines.• Demonstrate dedication, reliability, and commitment to organizational objectives.• Build and maintain a supportive, trustworthy, dependable, and positive workculture within the accounting team
