About the Role:

We are looking for a
strategic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Influencer Marketing
to scale our influencer marketing initiatives. The role involves driving influencer strategy, managing high-impact campaigns, building long-term creator partnerships, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across
Instagram and YouTube
.
- Develop and implement influencer strategies aligned with brand objectives, product launches, and business goals.
- Identify new creator opportunities, regional trends,



and high-potential influencer communities across
Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 markets
.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure influencer campaigns are aligned with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Stay updated on emerging creator trends, platform developments, and evolving influencer marketing practices.

Key Skills & Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience
in influencer marketing or creator partnerships, preferably within the
beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry
.
- Strong understanding of
India’s influencer landscape
, including regional creator ecosystems and content trends.
- Proven experience in managing
large-scale influencer campaigns
with measurable
