What would you do The AVP of Corporate Actions / Income will oversee the accurate and timely processing of corporate action events (e.g., dividends, mergers, spin-offs, tender offers, and proxy voting) for institutional clients. This role requires strong leadership, risk management, and operational expertise to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. The AVP will manage a team, drive process improvements, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency.
What are we looking for - Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or related field.- Experience: 9+ years in corporate actions, securities operations, or asset servicing.- Technical Skills: Proficiency in corporate actions processing platforms e.g., Bloomberg, Euroclear, Clearstream, DTCC CA Web, SWIFT messaging, and MS Excel. - Soft Skills: Solid analytical,



problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; excellent communication and stakeholder management. - Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of global securities markets, custody operations, and regulatory frameworks (SEC, FCA, etc.). - Experience in asset management, investment banking, or global custodial services. - Knowledge of ISO 15022/20022 messaging standards. - Project management experience (Agile, Lean Six Sigma).
