Lead Generation & Growth Intern

We’re looking for a curious and research-driven Lead Generation & Growth Intern to support our client acquisition and outbound growth efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in B2B sales, LinkedIn prospecting, lead generation, personal branding and agency growth.

This is not a mass cold-messaging role.

We care more about finding 10 genuinely relevant prospects than adding 500 random names to a spreadsheet.

What You'll Do
- Research founders, CEOs and key decision-makers who match our target audience
- Find potential clients using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Google and other research tools
- Research companies, industries and founder backgrounds
- Qualify prospects based on defined criteria
- Identify genuine reasons why a prospect could benefit from our services
- Find verified business emails and relevant contact information
- Research recent posts, company news, interviews and other personalization opportunities
- Maintain and update prospect data in our CRM/spreadsheets




- Categorize and score leads based on quality and potential
- Track outreach status and follow-ups
- Support the team in preparing personalized outreach
- Identify high-value prospects for deeper research and engagement

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience.

We're primarily looking for someone who:
- Is genuinely positive at internet research
- Understands the basics of LinkedIn
- Is comfortable working with Google Sheets/Excel
- Has good written English
- Pays close attention to details
- Can follow a defined process consistently
- Is curious about businesses and founders
- Is willing to learn sales and marketing
- Can use AI tools intelligently without blindly copying their output
- Takes ownership of their work
