Web Forte Technologies is looking for a
Performance Marketing Specialist
to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and campaign growth through paid advertising, analytics, automation, and AI-powered marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
.
- Drive lead generation and demand generation campaigns.
- Manage audience targeting, budgets, funnels, and campaign optimization.
- Track and improve
ROI, CAC, ROAS, and conversions
.
- Use
GA4, GTM, Pixels, CAPI, and CRM
for tracking and reporting.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Support SEO, AEO, GEO, email marketing,



and content initiatives.
- Leverage
AI tools
for research, campaign planning, copywriting, reporting, and optimization.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience
in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, or Growth Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
.
- Strong knowledge of
GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and CRM platforms
.
- Experience with lead generation, marketing automation, and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with AI-powered marketing tools is a plus.
