Total Experience Required: 8-12 years of overall relevant experience.

Role Overview
We are looking for a robust PMO to drive end-to-end delivery for business transformation initiatives. This is a delivery-focused role (not reporting-only PMO), requiring ownership, governance, and stakeholder alignment. Candidates should be able to own delivery end-to-end, translate program outcomes into business value, and bring a strong governance mindset (Strategic Value Stream PMO, not basic PMO).
Jira, Confluence, Clarity are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End SVS Delivery Activities: manage the full program lifecycle (planning execution closure)
- Governance Reporting: define and drive governance, executive dashboards, and risk issue tracking
- Business Transformation: support large-scale banking transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Data Quality: maintain accurate data across all sources
- Resource Budget Management: plan resources, track budgets, and manage forecasts
- Change Management: assess and manage change requests and their impacts
- Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with senior stakeholders across business and IT

- Strong governance experience
- Proven delivery ownership (not just coordination)
- Experience handling multiple stakeholders
- Expertise in Risk Issue Management, Executive Reporting, and Project Planning
