We are looking for a clear, persuasive, and motivated Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will reach out to potential customers, introduce our offerings, answer inquiries, and generate qualified leads or direct sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and prospective customers.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries promptly to qualify leads.
- Understand customer needs and pitch appropriate products or services.
- Address customer questions, handle objections, and build positive relationships.
- Record caller details, call feedback, and interaction statuses in CRM/Excel sheets.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and leads generated.

Key Requirements:
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, outbound sales,



or customer service (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
- Skills: Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and customer handling techniques.
- Attributes: Goal-driven, patient, persistent, and customer-focused.
