Executive Producer
Location: Mumbai

About the Role
We are looking for an Executive Producer to oversee and manage creative production projects from planning to final delivery. The role requires strong production knowledge, client management skills, and the ability to lead teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from briefing and pre-production through shoot and final delivery.
- Manage budgets, timelines, production schedules, and resources.
- Coordinate with clients, directors, writers, producers, creative teams, and vendors.
- Lead and support production teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Oversee recce, casting, locations, crew, equipment, vendors, and shoot requirements.
- Handle client communication, manage expectations, and ensure timely updates and deliverables.
- Identify production challenges and proactively find solutions.
- Review creative and production requirements to ensure quality and feasibility.
- Support pitches,
treatments, decks, and cost estimates when required.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in production, preferably in a production house, advertising agency, or creative studio.
- Strong understanding of pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.
- Experience managing budgets, teams, clients, vendors, and production timelines.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with flexible working hours, including shoots and production schedules.

- Experience in advertising, branded content, digital films, or commercial production.
