Responsibilities
- Deliver financial literacy session as per the approved curriculum and session plan.
- Register participant on the Pulse data and collect information
- Maintain and report the attendance documents
- Set up training venues with necessary equipment and materials.
- Coordinate with Mobilizers and Location Leader for session scheduling.
- Support smooth execution of field activities
- Submit daily or weekly reports to the Location Leader/project manager
- Support in approaching the target group and organise the FL session
- Carrying the training material at location for distribution
Requirements
- Graduate/ Bachelors degree in Social Work, Commerce/Economics Education, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 12 years of experience in grassroots project implementation or team supervision.




- Open to travel and relocate at the project location
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with community mobilization and training processes.
- Fluency in the local language and basic proficiency in English and MS Office.
- Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in financial literacy or educational programs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Versatile, adaptive, and culturally sensitive.
