Role Summary

Basil Leaf is looking for a visually strong and hands-on Videographer & Content Creator to create fashion-led video content for Instagram.

The role involves capturing and editing content for collections, launches, shoots, events, behind-the-scenes moments, and the everyday life of the brand. The person should understand how to make fashion content look considered, current, and aligned with Basil Leaf’s visual language.

Key Responsibilities

Shoot video content for collection launches, campaign shoots, fashion shows, events, behind-the-scenes moments, founder stories, and day-to-day brand activity.

Edit raw footage received from photographers, agencies, creators, and other sources into polished social media content.

Create Instagram Reels, Stories, launch videos, event coverage, and short-form fashion content.

Work with the social media and marketing teams to turn content requirements into timely deliverables.





Maintain a consistent Basil Leaf look across all video content.

Keep track of current Instagram formats, editing styles, sounds, and fashion content trends, and use them selectively when relevant to the brand.

Organise and maintain footage and final content files properly.

Desired Profile

Experience in video shooting and editing for fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.

Strong visual taste and an understanding of what makes fashion content look refined.

Valuable eye for framing, movement, lighting, styling, colour, and detail.

Comfortable shooting both with a professional camera and a phone when required.

Important Clarification

This is not a role for someone who only edits videos from provided footage. The person must be able to shoot, edit, and create content independently.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
