We are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator who can take ownership of project coordination, internal operations, team follow-ups, client communication, and timely project delivery.

Role Overview

The Project & Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects, managing internal teams, tracking deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining smooth communication between clients, management, and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor multiple client projects from initiation to completion.
- Create project timelines, task assignments, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, digital marketing teams, developers, video editors, and other internal teams.




- Allocate tasks and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor daily project progress and identify delays or operational issues.
- Maintain project trackers, task sheets, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients regarding project requirements, feedback, approvals, and deliverables.
- Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated to the respective teams.
- Track revisions, pending approvals, and outstanding client requirements.
- Conduct regular project follow-ups and provide status updates to management.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions.
- Support management in improving internal workflows and operational processes.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain proper action points and follow-ups.
