About the Project

We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join a project for a research organization focused on understanding and addressing the country’s longstanding productivity challenges.

You will work on modern web applications, contributing to both backend and frontend development using PHP and Vue.js/React.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP and Vue.js/React.
- Build and integrate REST APIs and backend services.
- Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces.
- Work with databases and ensure efficient data management.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with the project team in English.





Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Robust hands-on experience with PHP.
- Valuable experience with Vue.js and/or React.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Good knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
- Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices.
- Understanding of responsive design and web application performance.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- English proficiency at B1+ level.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.

Preferred
- Experience working on research, data-driven, or productivity-focused platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment processes.
- Experience with automated testing and CI/CD.
- Previous experience working with international teams.
