Job Description:
- Design a custom BIRT rpt design print layout that aligns with our business and branding requirements.
- Configure the layout to display the appropriate Performance Management data including employee information, competencies, goals, ratings, comments, signatures, and related details.
- Ensure the layout formats correctly for PDF output including pagination, headers, footers, tables, and section spacing.
- Advise on any SuccessFactors limitations or best practices related to custom print layouts.
- Provide the completed rpt design file and support deployment and testing within our SuccessFactors workplace.




- Assist with revisions based on user testing and feedback.
- Experience implementing SuccessFactors Performance Management custom print layouts.
- Examples of previous BIRT rpt design work for SuccessFactors, if available.
