Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of travel operations professionals to ensure seamless execution of travel processes.
- Manage daily operations, including flight bookings, ticketing, and itinerary management using Amadeus/Galileo systems.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and issues related to travel arrangements.
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Job Requirements :
- 4-12 years of experience in an Operations Team Leader role within the Travel & Tourism industry.
- Proficiency in Amadeus/Galileo systems for flight booking and ticketing purposes.
- Robust understanding of travel process flowcharts and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
