*· Role Overview*

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software development, technical leadership, and project management. The ideal candidate should have a robust technical background, preferably having progressed through roles such as Software Developer → Technical Lead → Project Manager.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, strong understanding of software development and delivery processes, and proven experience in team handling, project execution, stakeholder management, and customer interaction. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery while providing technical guidance to the team.

*· Roles and Responsibilities*

· Manage end-to-end delivery of software and technology projects from planning through implementation and closure.

· Lead and manage technical teams, ensuring effective allocation of tasks, resources, and responsibilities.

· Provide technical guidance and support to development teams based on prior hands-on development experience.





· Work closely with developers, technical leads, business stakeholders, and customers to understand requirements and ensure successful delivery.

· Plan project timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements.

· Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and take corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.

· Manage customer communication, project status updates, expectations, and escalations.

· Ensure projects follow defined development, testing, deployment, and quality processes.

· Leverage Microsoft Azure services and cloud technologies to support project architecture and delivery.

· Coordinate with technical teams on application development, integration, deployment, and production support activities.

· Conduct regular team meetings, project reviews, and performance discussions.
