We are looking for International Semi-Voice Process Executives with a minimum of 6 months of experience in International Chat or Voice Process. The role involves handling customer chats and calls, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.

Shift: Complete Night Shift

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through international chats and calls. • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information and solutions. • Maintain professional communication with customers. • Follow process guidelines and company policies while handling interactions. • Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.



• Maintain accuracy and quality while handling multiple chats and calls. • Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required. • Meet assigned productivity, quality, and performance targets. • Work effectively as part of a team and maintain good coordination with colleagues. • Be flexible to work in complete night shifts as per business requirements.

Candidate Requirements
