Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and promote our software development and IT services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documents.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers.
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records.




- Coordinate with the technical team to prepare project estimates and timelines.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Attend business events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Tamil.
- Robust negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of websites, mobile apps, ERP software, and digital technologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (BBA, MBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BE, or equivalent).
- Prior experience in IT sales or software sales is an advantage.
