- Identify and generate current customers through field visits.
- Explain chit fund schemes, benefits, payment schedules, terms, and conditions to prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly enrollment and collection targets.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into chit enrollments.
- Coordinate with the branch and operations team for customer onboarding and documentation.
- Ensure timely collection of chit installments from customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, enrollments, and collections.
- Visit customers regularly and provide support for their queries and requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
