Job Summary

Keka is standing up its Managed Services (MS) business. MS is not a BPO - it is Keka running the customers payroll, statutory, and HR operations on the Keka HRMS platform they already have (or would move to). Same platform, same data, same employee experience, current operating model.

This role is focused on the India market - ENT + MM segments. You will be the country expert in every MS prospect call for India logos, from IND ENT Farming (large existing base) to Regular ENT and MNC/GCC merged Hunting motions.

About the Role

Solutioning is your primary responsibility. You are the US country expert who owns Payroll / Statutory / Time Attendance depth for the market. You sit in prospect calls, create need for MS, defend and shape scope, and push deals through to closure. You are not a passive expert - you carry the deal.

Beyond Solutioning, you partner across three functions to make sure the motion holds together: GTM (support and enable Sales), Product (bridge to RD on functional gaps), and Delivery (track project health post-signature).



You do not execute delivery or own partnerships - those live elsewhere. Your job is to close deals and make sure closed deals stay healthy.

Responsibilities Country Expertise
- Statutory framework depth. Federal (FIT, FICA, FUTA), multi-state (SIT + SUI across 50 states + DC, reciprocity), CheckHQ-supported local taxes (NYC, Philadelphia, SF), state-specific payroll taxes (CA SDI, NY MTA, OR TriMet, WA WBF). Filing calendars: Form 941 quarterly, Form 940 annual, W-2 / W-3, 1099-NEC / MISC by Jan 31, EFTPS deposits.
- Payroll components. Gross-to-net mechanics, salary structures, reimbursements, garnishments, FF settlements, prior-vendor cleanup patterns.
- Time Attendance. Attendance-to-payroll pipelines, overtime rules, PTO / leave policy design, statutory paid leave.
- Compliance rhythm. Notice triage cadence, audit prep, peak-load moments (year-end, statutory season) that customers panic about.
