Responsibilities
- Plan and manage FinOps TOM implementation as a structured program.
- Coordinate tooling, processes, governance, training, and implementation workstreams.
- Align with IT, Finance, Procurement, Security, and business stakeholders.
- Implement and document allocation, showback/chargeback, optimization, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Support FinOps tool selection, implementation, and rollout.
- Drive training, communication, and change management activities.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
- Report status, milestones, and outcomes to leadership and governance teams.

Requirements
- Solid project/program management experience.
- Excellent PowerPoint and executive presentation skills.
- Experience with cloud transformation or FinOps initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder and change management skills.
- Experience with governance, budgeting, forecasting, and process implementation.
