Role & responsibilities Own every customer order from the moment it comes in until it leaves the factory. This role is the single point of truth for what was ordered, what it is made of, and where it currently stands.

Order form creation:
- Convert customer enquiries (WhatsApp, email, phone, in-person) into a complete, error-free order form
- Capture every specification: design/style reference, metal karat and colour, size, quantity, diamond quality, colour stone requirements, plating and hallmarking instructions, delivery date
- Confirm each order back to the customer in writing before releasing it to production

BOM retrieval against orders:
- Pull the existing Bill of Materials for the ordered design and verify it matches the ordered variant
- Raise a BOM request with the design desk if none exists before the job card is opened
- Flag cost or weight variances against the quoted price before production starts

Order tracking and updates:
- Track each order across production stages from CAD to dispatch
- Send scheduled status updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Escalate delays early with a revised realistic date
