HR MANAGER

Location: Calicut, Kerala

Department: Human Resources

Reporting To: Assistant General Manager

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the overall HR function of VTrust Group.

* Manage HR operations across VTrust Eye Hospital, VTrust Group of Institutions and VTrust Finishing School.

* Handle manpower planning, recruitment, selection and onboarding.

* Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee records.

* Implement department-wise JD, KRA, KPI and Performance Appraisal Systems.

* Handle employee discipline, grievances and workplace issues.

* Develop employee engagement, retention, training and development initiatives.

* Establish and implement HR policies, SOPs and compliance systems.

* Prepare monthly HR MIS and management reports.





* Work closely with Department Heads to resolve manpower and performance-related issues.

* Support the management in building a strong organizational culture and high-performance workforce.

Candidate Profile

* MBA HR / MSW / Degree or Postgraduate qualification in HR or a related field.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.

* Experience in Healthcare / Hospital / Education Group HR will be an added advantage.

* Robust leadership, communication and people-management skills.

* Practical knowledge of recruitment, payroll, performance management and HR systems.

Pay: ₹35,641.84 - ₹50,623.48 per month
