Sales Coordinator – Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day sales coordination activities as per company requirements.
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, requirements, quotations and delivery schedules.
- Receive customer enquiries and coordinate with the Sales team for quotations and offers.
- Prepare and send quotations, order confirmations and other sales-related documents.
- Process customer Purchase Orders and ensure the details are correct.
- Coordinate with Production and Planning for order status and production schedules.
- Coordinate with Stores and Dispatch to ensure timely dispatch of customer orders.
- Follow up on pending orders and provide regular status updates to customers.
- Maintain customer orders, quotations, invoices and other sales records.
- Prepare sales reports, order status reports and pending order reports.
- Coordinate with Accounts regarding invoices, payments and outstanding amounts.
- Follow up with customers for payment when required.




- Handle customer queries and coordinate internally to resolve issues.
- Coordinate with customers regarding sample requirements, approvals and specifications.
- Maintain updated customer master data and contact details.
- Monitor order quantities, delivery dates and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with transporters/logistics for timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain good professional relationships with customers.
- Support the Sales team in achieving smooth order processing and customer service.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow company procedures.
- Perform other sales coordination activities assigned by the Management / Sales Manager.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
