About the Company
Propium Technologies Pvt Ltd is a rapidly growing Prop Tech company developing an
advanced Real Estate CRM and Property Management Platform designed for developers,
channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants across India. We are looking for
experienced professionals who have successfully sold Real Estate CRM or SaaS solutions in
the real estate industry.
Job Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients for the Company's Real
Estate CRM Software.
• Sell CRM, Lead Management, Sales Automation, Marketing Automation, and Real
Estate Technology solutions.
• Meet and engage with Real Estate Developers, Builders, Channel Partners, Brokers,
and Real Estate Agencies.
• Conduct product demonstrations and online/offline presentations.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.




• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales.
• Coordinate with the Product and Technical teams for smooth client on boarding.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates having experience with any of the following companies/products will be
preferred:

• Any Real Estate CRM / Prop Tech / SaaS company serving the real estate industry.

Eligibility
• 28+ years of experience in Real Estate CRM, SaaS, or Prop Tech Sales.
• Proven track record of B2B sales and revenue generation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience dealing with real estate developers, builders, and channel partners.
• Strong understanding of CRM Software, Lead Management Systems, and Sales
Automation tools.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
