Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute digital marketing strategies for our pharmacy/pharmaceutical business. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, customer engagement, online sales/leads, website traffic and overall digital performance.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, content marketing, analytics and performance marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, pharmacy, skincare or FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for pharmacy/pharmaceutical brands.
- Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant digital platforms.




- Manage SEO strategy, keyword research, website optimization and organic traffic growth.
- Develop social media strategies, content calendars and engagement campaigns.
- Monitor website traffic, customer acquisition, conversion rates and campaign performance.
- Track and analyze Google Analytics, campaign KPIs, ROI and customer behavior.
- Manage performance marketing campaigns and optimize advertising budgets.
- Work closely with creative agencies, media agencies and external vendors.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, e-commerce and product teams for campaign execution.
- Develop digital content for pharmacy products, healthcare products, wellness and consumer brands.
- Support e-commerce growth through online pharmacy platforms and company websites.
