- Teach Physics to Classes XI & XII as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, tests, and examination material.
- Develop strong conceptual understanding, numerical/problem-solving skills, and scientific aptitude among students.
- Conduct and supervise Physics practicals and maintain laboratory records.
- Prepare students effectively for CBSE Board examinations.
- Assess student performance, identify learning gaps, and provide remedial support.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning setting.
- Participate in PTMs, examinations, academic meetings, school activities, and other duties assigned by the school.
- Mentor students regarding academic performance and higher education/career options.

Job Specification
- Qualification: M.Sc./M.Phil.



in Physics with B.Ed. from a recognised institution.
- Experience: Preferably 2–5 years of teaching experience, particularly in CBSE Senior Secondary classes.
- Solid command of Class XI–XII Physics and practical work.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and student-handling skills.
- Ability to use digital teaching tools and modern pedagogical techniques.
- Knowledge of CBSE examination patterns and competency-based assessment preferred.
- Passionate, disciplined, approachable, and committed to student development.
