Role & responsibilities

Lead and support SAP S/4HANA FICO processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Banking, and Financial Reporting.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, budgeting, costing, and financial controls.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Procurement, and Production teams to optimize business processes.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and enhance SAP S/4HANA FICO functionalities and prepare functional specifications for developments.
- Support integration between FICO and MM modules to ensure seamless procurement, inventory accounting, material valuation, and invoice verification processes.
- Provide user training, issue resolution, reporting support,



and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with external SAP consultants and implementation partners for system enhancements and upgrades.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 3 years' experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO in a manufacturing environment.
- Solid functional expertise in SAP FICO is mandatory.
- Working knowledge and implementation/support experience in SAP MM module shall be preferred.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory accounting, product costing, GST, and statutory compliance.
