We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our automobile team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating leads, explaining vehicle/products and services, following up with customers, and scheduling showroom visits or test drives.
Freshers with positive communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain vehicle models, features, offers, finance options, and services.
Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Schedule showroom visits and test drives.
Record customer information and call details accurately in CRM/records.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer follow-up.
Handle basic customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
Required Skills
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
Customer-focused and confident while speaking on the phone.
Good follow-up and convincing skills.
Ability to work with sales targets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Knowledge of the local language will be an advantage.
Eligibility
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience: 0–1 year in telecalling, customer service, sales, or a related role.
