Job Title: BTL Marketing Executive
Department: Marketing

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented BTL Marketing professional with experience in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to B2C/D2C marketing, brand activations, lead generation, events, promotions, and agency management.
Key Responsibilities
- BTL & Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, evaluate, and optimize BTL campaigns, activations, promotions, events, and brand communication initiatives.
- Brand Activation: Drive on-ground marketing activities, customer engagement programs, events, promotional campaigns, and in-centre branding.
- Agency Management: Coordinate with and manage external agencies, vendors, influencers, and creative partners to ensure timely execution and brand alignment.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing budgets while monitoring campaign spends and ROI.
- Lead Generation: Develop strategies to generate quality B2C/D2C leads through offline and online marketing initiatives.
- Brand Positioning: Maintain a consistent brand identity and communication across events, digital platforms, promotional collateral, web pages, and physical touchpoints.
- Digital & Data Analytics: Use tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Excel, Canva, and SEO/lead-generation platforms to track and improve campaign performance.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor customer behaviour, market trends, competitor activities, pricing, current launches, and emerging opportunities.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to align marketing campaigns with business objectives and improve lead conversion.
- Planning & Reporting: Participate in quarterly and annual marketing planning and prepare regular reports on campaign performance, KPIs, leads, conversions, and ROI.
