Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized travel consultation and advice to clients based on their preferences, budget, and travel needs.
- Plan, book, and manage travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel-related services.
- Develop customized travel itineraries for leisure and corporate clients.
- Stay updated with the latest travel trends, destinations, airline policies, visa requirements, and travel advisories.
- Negotiate with travel suppliers and vendors to secure competitive rates and added benefits.
- Handle client inquiries, changes, and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.




- Mentor and support junior travel consultants as needed.
- Manage travel documentation and maintain accurate client records.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role, preferably in a senior capacity.
- Strong knowledge of travel booking systems (GDS such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
