Work Schedule
- Off-Season (May–November):
Full night shift, Monday to Friday
- Busy Season (December–April):
Full night shift, 6 days a week with one rotational weekly off

Experience:

- Experience in tax customer support and direct client handling.
- Ability to handle customer queries and escalations.

Lead – Tax Support

Experience:
4–8 Years |

Requirements:
- Experience in tax customer support and handling client escalations.




- Experience in team and workflow management.
- Ability to manage reports and monitor team activities.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.

Tax Professional Representative (TPR) – US Tax Preparation

Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of
US Federal Tax (1040) and State Tax Preparation
.
- Experience in resolving taxpayer queries.
- Valid PTIN
with authorization to sign tax returns.
- Good verbal communication and client interaction skills.
- Experience working with
US customers/stakeholders
.
- Ability to explain tax-related queries clearly and provide effective support.
