Sales & Operations Specialist | Hyderabad

Location: Hyderabad, India

Shift: US Eastern Shift

Experience: 1–3 years

We are looking for a Sales & Operations Specialist to support our US staffing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, has strong English communication skills, and wants to grow in the US staffing industry.

What You'll Do
- Manage and enter new job orders into ATS/CRM systems
- Clean and format job descriptions for LinkedIn posting
- Coordinate between Sales and Recruiting teams
- Manage recruiting checklists and follow-ups
- Support MSP/VMS and partner portals such as Beeline & Fieldglass
- Handle RTR forms and client compliance documentation
- Format candidate resumes for client submission
- Coordinate candidate interviews and interview-prep calls




- Support Sales with client management calls and cold calling
- Update CRM/contact information based on outreach

What We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong computer and MS Word skills
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills
- Ability to work with ATS, CRM, VMS/portal systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- US staffing/recruitment experience is a plus
