Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth, focusing on user needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and create roadmaps.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to inform product decisions and optimize product performance.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Product Manager or similar role.
- Robust understanding of GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies and their application in software development projects.
- Proven track record of developing successful product visions, backlogs, and roadmaps using Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
