ROLE SUMMARY

The Manager-Sales Operations will work closely with the VP-Sales to drive sales performance monitoring, business analysis and cross-functional coordination across all regions. The role is central to tracking regional sales performance, ERP/CRM discipline, dealer coordination, competitor intelligence and inventory management, while enabling faster decision-making through structured MIS, dashboards and reviews.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the VP-Sales.
- Coordinate with RSMs and BSMs across all regions to understand sales performance, challenges and opportunities.
- Monitor region-wise sales performance against targets and identify gaps requiring corrective action.
- Analyse sales trends, pipeline, conversion, product and regional performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor ERP-based lead management, lead conversion and follow-up discipline across regions.
- Coordinate with dealers/channel partners on business performance, sales follow-ups, requirements and key issues.
- Conduct competitor analysis covering pricing, products, market activities,



current launches and competitive positioning.
- Monitor dead stock / slow-moving inventory and coordinate with Sales, Operations and Finance for liquidation or corrective action.
- Coordinate periodic sales reviews with RSMs and BSMs and ensure timely closure of agreed action points.
- Prepare MIS, dashboards and sales reports for the VP-Sales.
- Follow up on key business priorities and escalate critical issues to the VP-Sales.
- Coordinate with Finance, HR, Service, Marketing and Operations on sales-related matters.
- Support initiatives to improve sales processes, ERP/CRM discipline, reporting and execution effectiveness.
- Support projection and implementation of target sales figures across regions in coordination with the VP-Sales.
- Prepare sales performance reports highlighting underperforming regions/individuals and coordinate corrective action plans.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR)
