Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to develop engaging visual content for the company’s branding, marketing, social media, presentations, advertisements, and other business requirements. The candidate should have a good eye for design, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to understand and convert business requirements into effective visual designs.

Key Responsibilities
- Create graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, banners, posters, and promotional materials.
- Design company presentations, proposals, reports, and marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts and visual content according to brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the HR, Marketing, Management, and other departments to understand design requirements.
- Create designs for recruitment posts, company announcements, events, and internal communications.
- Edit images, photographs, and other visual materials as required.
- Maintain consistency in company branding, fonts, colours, layouts, and visual identity.




- Prepare print-ready and digital files in the required formats.
- Make revisions based on feedback from management and concerned departments.
- Stay updated with current graphic design trends and creative practices.
- Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets.
- Ensure all designs are completed accurately and within the assigned deadlines.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar design software.
- Good knowledge of typography, colour combinations, layouts, and visual composition.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of image editing and photo manipulation.
- Ability to create professional social media creatives.
- Good understanding of branding and corporate design.
- Ability to manage multiple design assignments and meet deadlines.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
