Eligibility / Qualification

The following qualification backgrounds will be considered:
- BBA/B.Com + MBA (preferably in Marketing) with 2–3 years of relevant Digital Marketing experience
- Undergraduate + Postgraduate degree (preferably in Management) with 2–3 years of relevant Digital Marketing experience
- Undergraduate degree (preferably in Management) with 3–5 years of relevant Digital Marketing experience

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Faculty to facilitate learning and deliver industry-oriented education in Digital Marketing and Management. The candidate will be responsible for classroom teaching, curriculum development, workshops, student mentoring,



and academic administration.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom teaching and facilitate foundational subjects in Digital Marketing and Management.
- Deliver programs such as BBA Digital Marketing and other related programs.
- Create and update curriculum content and learning materials.
- Conduct workshops, masterclasses, and practical sessions related to Digital Marketing.
- Mentor and prepare students for internships and placements.
- Guide students on live projects, assignments, and academic development.
- Provide personal guidance, counselling, feedback, and doubt resolution.
- Maintain class records and relevant academic data.
- Conduct student assessments and evaluate assignments, projects, and submissions.
- Ensure compliance with university examination and evaluation norms.
- Coordinate with academic heads and university representatives regarding academic activities.
