Project Manager - UK Market - - (BFSI) - India (IK)

Number of Openings:

Total Experience Required: 8-12 years of overall relevant experience.

BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services Insurance) experience is mandatory.

Location: Open - candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.

Engagement Duration: 1 year+ (this is expected to be a multi-year engagement).

Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered - this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.
Role Overview

An experienced Transformation PM with the ability to identify, document, and manage change requirements, and a deep understanding of the change lifecycle. Exposure to financial services in Commercial or Institutional banking, or Retail, Wealth, or Private banking, is required.
Key Responsibilities




- Manage end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives within a UK financial services context
- Identify, document, and manage change requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Apply change management best practices across Commercial, Institutional, Retail, Wealth, or Private banking initiatives
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
- Support delivery governance, risk management, and reporting

- Experienced Transformation PM with robust change-management skills
- Deep understanding of the change lifecycle
- Exposure to financial services - Commercial/Institutional banking, or Retail/Wealth/Private banking
