Role Description
Nexpro AI LLP is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support project management activities and ensure seamless coordination between clients and internal teams. The role involves managing project workflows, maintaining client relationships, and assisting in the implementation of AI-powered solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Manage tasks, workflows, and resource allocation effectively.
- Coordinate with clients for SmoothOps and SaaS solutions.
- Ensure smooth communication and seamless project execution.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues proactively.
- Maintain project documentation and status reports.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- High attention to detail and execution excellence.
- Experience in project coordination, client management, or operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI, SaaS products, or technology-driven environments will be an added advantage.
