Broad Spectrum of Duties & Responsibilities:
Sourcing Candidates from various Job portals like Naukri /Monster/ Shine and LinkedIn
Screening the candidate's resumes as per job requirement and contacting relevant candidates
Manage the Recruitment Process for Direct and Agencies from CV selection to Final selection
Key Skills/Abilities:
Work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Direct Recruitment abilities in Agri, Manufactures, ecommerce or Financial Services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
