Job Summary

Chandigarh University is looking for an experienced Zonal Manager Admissions, Outreach & Digital Marketing to lead admissions, outreach, marketing and enrolment growth across multiple states/zones.

The role will be responsible for developing regional admission strategies, driving student enrolments, strengthening school and institutional outreach, managing counselling teams, and coordinating digital marketing initiatives to achieve business and admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Enrolment
- Develop and execute zonal admission strategies to achieve UG/PG enrolment targets.
- Drive lead conversion, counselling performance, walk-ins and final admissions across assigned regions.
- Monitor admission funnels, conversion ratios, revenue and daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Identify new markets and opportunities for student acquisition and expansion.

Outreach & Partnerships
- Build and maintain solid relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, education consultants and other stakeholders.
- Lead school visits, seminars,



career counselling sessions, education fairs and outreach campaigns.
- Develop strategic partnerships to strengthen the University's regional presence.
- Identify and develop new feeder markets for admissions.

Digital Marketing
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to drive lead generation and enrolment campaigns.
- Monitor performance of Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, SEO, content and other digital channels.
- Analyse campaign performance, lead quality, CPL, conversion and ROI.
- Suggest region-specific digital campaigns based on market trends and admission requirements.

Team Leadership
- Lead and manage regional admission, outreach and counselling teams.
- Set targets, review performance and drive productivity through regular MIS and performance reviews.
