We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and day-to-day employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate joining formalities and employee onboarding.
- Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR activities.
- Assist with payroll-related coordination and monthly HR reports.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Support performance management and employee retention initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are followed.




- Coordinate with management and team leads on employee-related matters.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
- Experience in a healthcare/BPO/outsourcing environment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
