Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and business-driven Store Manager to lead end-to-end operations of our premium saree showroom. The role is responsible for sales growth, team leadership, customer experience, and operational excellence, ensuring the store consistently delivers a luxury retail experience.

The ideal candidate has robust knowledge of silk sarees, bridal sales, and retail chain, with the ability to manage large teams and achieve aggressive sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth
- Drive daily, monthly, and seasonal sales targets through effective floor management.
- Personally handle high-value customers, bridal appointments, and bulk orders.
- Plan and execute festive, wedding-season,



and promotional sales strategies.
- Analyse sales performance, conversion ratios, and average bill value to improve results.

Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, train, and motivate floor managers, sales executives, billing staff, and support teams.
- Ensure strong product knowledge, selling skills, and service etiquette across the team.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, productivity, and performance reviews.
- Maintain discipline, grooming standards, and customer-first culture.

Customer Experience & Brand Standards
- Ensure every customer receives a premium, personalized shopping experience.
- Handle escalations, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
- Maintain visual merchandising, saree displays, and showroom ambience as per brand standards.

Operations & Inventory Control
- Oversee stock planning, inward/outward movement, and inventory accuracy.
