Amrutha Shelters Pvt. Ltd. is a growing real estate and construction company with plans to develop 45 large-scale residential projects, including premium apartment and villa developments.

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Head who can take ownership of the overall sales and marketing strategy and build a strong growth engine for the company's upcoming projects.

Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing project-wise marketing and sales strategies, from market research and feasibility inputs through pre-launch, launch and ongoing sales.

The role requires robust expertise in marketing budget planning, market research, competitor analysis, project positioning, online and offline marketing, sales strategy, channel development and team leadership.

The candidate will be expected to manage strategies across multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, with different product categories, locations, ticket sizes and target customer segments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning





Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for each project based on location, product, target audience and market potential.

Create pre-launch, launch and post-launch marketing strategies.

Define project positioning, USPs, target customer profile and communication strategy.

Develop integrated marketing plans covering both online and offline channels.

Continuously review market conditions and modify strategies where required.

2. Marketing Budget Planning & Management

Prepare project-wise annual, pre-launch and launch marketing budgets.

Determine the appropriate marketing investment based on project size, sales targets, positioning and launch timelines.

Plan and allocate budgets across digital marketing, outdoor, print, events, branding, media, channel marketing, PR and other promotional activities.

Decide the appropriate online vs. offline marketing mix for each project.
